Cloudflare, Inc. provides the edge hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, anti-abuse controls, Turnstile protection, request rate limiting, and Send Email binding used by this website.
The service may process visitor IP address and request metadata as part of delivery and security. When someone submits the registration or contact form, the submitted name, email address, phone number, team details, and notes are sent through the configured email binding so Joe McCaw can respond. The site does not take payment or run advertising or behavioural analytics.
Purpose and safeguards
Processing is limited to operating the site, preventing abuse, delivering messages, and responding to tournament questions. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting. The Worker does not store submitted form fields in a website database and does not log the submitted contact details.
Data processing documentation
This register is the public sub-processor disclosure for the tournament website. Cloudflare’s current data-processing terms and DPA documentation should be reviewed with the provider before any sensitive information is submitted. If the provider list or form handling changes, this page and the privacy and data use notice will be updated.
The site does not sell or rent contact information, use it for unrelated advertising, or use a third-party analytics platform to build visitor profiles.
